
Pastry:
- 250g cold butter
- 500g flour (tpg gandum)
- A pinch of salt
- Chilled water from refrigerator
Filling:
- 1 can of sardine in tomato sauce
- 1 onion-diced
- red chili-diced
- lemon/calamarsi juicesalt to taste
Pastry:
- Rub butter and flour with a pinch of salt until it resembles breadcrumbs
- Add in chilled water until a soft dough is formed
- Cover the dough with cling flim and keep in the refrigerator while you prepare the filling
Filling:
- Mashed the sardines and mixed the diced ingredients
- Added in a bit of tomato sauce if you find it too dry
- Squeezed some lemon/calamansi juice
